The last time I saw Kaya was 2 years ago at Anime USA! Before that, was 4 years ago at Anime Los Angeles. Overall, I felt that Kaya’s performance had more theatrical elements to it, like acting out bits and such.
He introduced himself as Christina for some reason. During some parts of Paradise Lost, there was a creepy disembodied voice whispering “Christina,” to which Kaya responded in fear and dislike.
At one point, he spoke about his little sister, how he would hang out with her, go to her lives, take lots of pictures with her. Then he said those pictures are being sold! Turns out, he meant HIZAKI, not Nomico! If you bought the Hizaki/Kaya photoset, then you’d get a random mini polaroid too. (I spent too much on a hankerchief and bottle holder, so I didn’t get it)
Setlist: Not in order…and missing a few :(

Preview of Kaya’s new single, SALOME
SALOME’s theme is *SPOILER ALERT*
Gypsy-ish?! His costume consisted of a corset-bodice and a chiffon cape thing. In the PV, he had forehead jewels and such, so it gave off a bellydancer vibe (The costume is not midriff-baring though)
I saw YOHIO at the show. He was very….conspicuous, wearing shades indoors. Seeing that, plus his hair, plus remembering reading in an interview that his favorite brand is Super Lovers and practically dressed head-to-toe in it, plus hearing him speak English…everything put together made it quite obvious who he was.
So, I went up to him and told him I enjoyed his live on Saturday. Looking back, I should have maybe said a few more things. I think he’s quite talented and has a lot of potential! I’m looking forward to seeing where he goes in the future.
